Should i trust zappos

I recently bought a pair of shoes from them and I have nothing to complain about. As before, they shipped it fast and the description absolutely matches with the content. Bough shoes for my girlfriend. They were delivered quickly, the price was good. Best of all I like that she says they are very comfortable. They offer a broad range of shoes. I bought a couple of pairs.

They are beautiful, not like others. The design is special. After receiving the package that I had returned, Zappos took 11 business days to process the return.

This is only after I called Customer Service 3 separate times. The first representative told me that the package hadn't been processed yet, but that the Returns dept.

After 72 hours, I called again. The 2nd representative told me that the return had been processed the day that the package had been received and that I could expect a refund to appear between business days from the date of receipt. After 11 business days had passed since Zappos had received my package, I had still not received a refund. I called Zappos a 3rd time and was informed that a refund had never been processed. The representative processed my refund while I was on the phone with him.

This is an absurd practice and causes unnecessary hardship to be experienced by the customer. I won't be ordering from Zappos again. I like permanent things. This site is stable in the quality of its service. As usual on-time delivery and a pleasant small bonus.

Love these Site's! I bought from Zappos. I filled out an app and was told by C Wingfield I didn't fit in with the young people or there culture. Lol lol what a crock. And if I wanted to for the last time wait 6 months. That company thinks it's the royal family. And they quality of goods are far from it. Picked up a half company top got it for a really good price quality is very good looks great as usual with end very fast delivery too quality service from the get go.

Products used: Fast , professional , great price , well packaged. Zappos is best online site for buying shoes. Once ordered delivery is fast. Service is great. Loved the collection of shoes it has. Quality is excellent. Worth the money. Recommended to friends. I recently bought two pairs of shoes. I wear men's size 12 slim which is hard to find if you want something not frumpy. They filled the order in 2 days, no problem. Unfortunately, the size was wrong I called customer service and had a rude agent who only tried to overtake me.

She told me I needed to listen to her and stop talking She said that there must be a mistake on the website. I asked if someone could look in the warehouse to see if they had my size. She said it would take about 3 weeks as they were real people, not computers.

Not sure how these people could fill the order so fast but not be able to check on a solution. They obviously had not been trained that S was for slim and M was for Medium, especially if they were real people filling the orders.

She then told me that once they received the shoes, it would be another 10 days before my charge account would be credited. I had to wrap the shipment buy tape etc. Now I am out the money and out the shoes. She really didn't seem to care. Listening should be part of customer service and customer service should be anxious to help Very unhappy. I like this store of all the stores that I have gone through so far. What I like the ost is how they reply to their customers. They were so frendly with me when I had some questions.

At the end of it I got what I wanted at an affordable price and I am glad. Will be seeing them again soon. Amazing Product. Absolutely Perfect Size and stylish look.

The material of the shoes is really awesome. Very comfortable while running, trekking, etc. Every time I wear it, I received endless compliments. The packaging is also good. Good services. I love shopping from Zappos when I can. The reps are always friendly. The shipping and returns are always free so its no risk shipping especially when shipping for shoes and clothes.

Often the shipping is literally overnight which can't be best in most instances. Good deeals but not very happy with the quality of the items. I will try to buy from another seller next time. I have purchased several pairs of Birkenstocks and I am completely happy with them. From what I've seen, the price for them here is the same as elsewhere. I trust Zappos without reservation and have been shopping here for more then 12 years. My most recent order from Zappos was just a couple of weeks ago and it was a new pair of winter boots.

I had ordered a pair of Sorel Joan of Arctic winter boots. So, Zappos standard shipping is free on all orders — there are no minimums or exclusions. Standard shipping takes between days. It did indeed take 5 days. Now, if you have an Amazon Prime account, though… you can use your Prime account to get free expedited shipping on your orders. Some Zappos shoes can arrive at your home with 24 hours!

So, it had been a while since I had bought myself a pair of winter boots. Well, with winter boots, you should leave a little more room for thick socks and so the air can circulate within your boots. This keeps your body heat retained and so moisture can evaporate. The exchange was slightly complicated because I had paid for these boots with a gift card. I ended up having to chat with a customer service representative who ended up refunding my gift card, so I could repurchase the boots in a size 9.

Then, I had 14 days to ship the size 8 boots back at no extra charge. Needless to say, their customer service was phenomenal. The representative I was chatting with was super kind and helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my experience. Zappos is legit. They do, however, have a great clothing and accessories selection too! You have nothing to lose. If you end up hating the experience or hating your shoes… returns are free! Meaning, if you click a link and make a purchase, Have Clothes, Will Travel gets a very small commission at no extra cost to you.

Zappos has the selection. They've had every brand I've searched for and tons of styles. I'd go 5 stars if I had found more killer deals. The Zappos service and selection is very good.
